This app will only allow me to select three items to rate. However, this company goes above and beyond. Very concerned with problem solving and has great solutions. He is up to date on the new way of handling pest controls, exclusion and gives excellent recommendations. He is also honest, to say I am not sure this is it 100%. As we were trying to resolve a smell issue, which can be hard to narrow down. I will definitely recommend or use them again if needed.

We had Exclusive Exclusions out to investigate an area of our roof / skylight where birds had built a nest. Not only were they able to come out quickly and remove the nesting material, but they also were able to repair the area that was damaged by the birds as well. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Damien and Kyle did an amazing job getting my house sealed up from rodents. I feel safe and secure in my home again, after a bad experience with a different, huge company that left me completely stranded. Damien was so professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Exclusive Exclusions to everyone that asks. If you live in the city, at some point you are going to need Damien and Kyle to seal up your home. I live next to a hoarder and was foolish to think that her hoarding wouldn't affect my home. Damien came out, did a complete inspection, drew up a plan, and followed through. I have absolutely no complaints.

Attic Insulation... Who would have thought that just getting an honest quote would be so hard!? Damien came on time as agreed, spent more time in the attic making sure everything that needed attention was noted. Pictures were taken and a concise estimate was provided. We chatted for a while about what I wanted and what Damien thought I needed. Damien also offered to insulate the walls of the attic which no other company offered. Damien came in with a super fair estimate that would have been hard to beat with all the work that was included. Appointment was made for the following week. Damien came as agreed, performed all the work and even went out to get more insulation to make sure the settled areas met the agreed R60 rating across the attic. The best part is that little things were done that I would have never seen... Damien installed check-valves for the bathroom exhaust fans that let air to travel only in one direction, outside. This prevents blowback of air into the fans that are trying to push that air outside! Pictures of completed work were taken and work areas cleaned up. From reading reviews of other attic insulation jobs, I dodged a bullet with this company. Hightly, highly recommend Exclusive Exclusions.

We offer many different types of pricing. From sq ft to linear ft and even a hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet on site to evaluate their issue. Then a detailed inspection to annualize the level of the issue. This will help me make a custom plan to present to the customer and explain how I am going to help them solve their issue. Before moving forward with any service I will make sure everything is written out and agreed upon in order to set the right expectations.
