- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for a visit to the estimate and inspection of the object.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client sends a request, we schedule a visit to the facility for inspection, communication, and measurements. Within three days, we send the client an estimate and an approximate concept of his project. As the estimate and the concept are agreed, we sign the contract and begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The employees of our company are certified. They were trained at the Chicago Professional Center
