- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can do flat fee agreed upon divorces and I also handle contested matters on an hourly basis. I have had agreements made in under a month and I have also been first chair in a 9 day trial involving business division along with all kinds of cases that finish in between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can take some preliminary information over the telephone but prefer to meet one on one if possible. That way we can really get a good sense if we are a good fit as a possible attorney/client relationship. There is no charge to the consultation and we can meet for however long it takes to get me the relevant facts and to learn your specific goals. I then will be able to set a proper retainer amount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my undergraduate work at Northern Illinois University graduating in 2001. I am a proud Huskie and will forever be grateful to my alma mater. I graduated law school from the University of Miami, FL (School of Law) in 2004. It is located in Coral Gables, Florida. I am also a proud Hurricane and am forever in debted to my amazing law professors.
