I rarely write reviews, but this flooring installer，Vadim Rosa, truly deserves recognition. Throughout the entire process, he listened carefully to everything I had to say, patiently answered all my questions, and went out of his way to accommodate every request—never once hesitating. His attitude of “leaving the convenience to the customer and taking the trouble upon himself” is something I haven’t encountered in years. It left a deep impression on me. From moving the furniture, removing the carpet, installing the flooring, to putting everything back in place— room by room on entire 2nd floor he handled each step with care and precision. Even when unexpected issues came up, he tackled them seriously and resolved them thoroughly without cutting corners. The result is excellent—the flooring looks beautiful and solid—but even more valuable was the peace of mind and satisfaction I felt throughout the entire experience. He was always punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, and finished the job right on schedule. And for all of these efforts, he charged in fair price. I highly recommend this hardworking, professional, and conscientious craftsman.Service like this is rare and truly worthy of praise!

Excellent work done by Vadim and his team!! They made my old wooden Staircase into something brand new by sanding and staining them. He was able to start right away and finished within the timeframe promised he communicates very efficiently and is very quick at responding. He is also very courteous to our personal requests and needs for the work that was done. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to redo or replace their Staircase!

It was a pleasure to work with Brain. We had a water leakage in our basement that damaged the entire wood floor. I called him at 8:00pm and he showed up at 9:00pm to give us a quote (with a reasonable price). He started the seconds morning and finished the job in two days.
