Had a Mac Pro G4Needed to add WiFi.Called Apple to see if they might be able to help.and their standard comment "We don't support that computer any longer".So I asked "Apple" where can I go to get this fixed"What is your zip code" they replied..Gave them my Zip and they ...Apple's responsego to InterCharge in Arlington Heights!!!! So I didcalled Gregand he ordered the necessary upgrade..that eveningcame the next day..drove by.. picked it uphad a few questions as to the install..Jeff, his tech'y wasdo thisdo thatcut the crap..and It worked perfectly..This is what it is aboutGood people providing a honest service/productI will refer them without hesitation!!!

I had an LCD (15.6" Dell Inspiron) replaced at Asaya Technology Solutions (Touhy location). The repair was completed in less than a day, and the service tech was friendly and professional. Reason for 4 stars was confusion between the quote I received online and the price they actually wanted me to pay. We managed to reach an agreement, though, and all parties were happy. Be sure to confirm the price before committing to service for ALL businesses! The repair was covered by a Square Trade protection plan, and Square Trade has already approved all charges. The minor confusion re: quote vs. price will not keep me from visiting Asaya Solutions in the future! Fast and friendly service from an IT guy? If only I could get that at work...

Greg Burkhardt was very professional and prompt in responding to my request on Thumbtack. The moment I agreed to hire Greg of Intercharge Services, he called immediately the next morning to set up an appointment. The technician, Marcello arrived the following morning. Marcello was also professional and helpful in answering all my questions. He even called to check on the status of our printer's warranty. Thank goodness we did not need to replace the printer, because with some patient troubleshooting, Marcello fixed the problem. No more error messages to "remove the shipping lock". Thank you, Greg and Marcello at Intercharge Services. I would definitely hire you guys again!
