- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep everything reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before giving a quote, we meet with the clients to do a walk-through. There we take measurements, discuss all the design and materials needed to get your design come true. Within 24 hours we come back with a quick quote and should that be accepted, we draw a contract. Once the contract is signed, we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Over 15 years of hands-on experience. - Cooperating with different professionals (electricians, plumbers, etc.) to have the best possible outcome - Cooperating with interior designers to create the most ideal homes for our customers.
