Dessa Event Planning helped bring my idea for a proposal to fruition in a very short amount of time. Amazing service from day 1!! I hired Dessa Event Planning to help coordinate my brother and soon to be sister in law's wedding because they ran into some issues mid-way through planning and she stepped in and handled everything! She impressed me so much I hired her to do my wedding next year in another state! I highly recommend Dessa Event Planning!!

Dessa Event Planning helped plan our entire wedding from start to finish and it was AMAZING!!! The entire process was stress-free and we had no worries from the first meeting! The best part about it was she planned the entire TX wedding from IL!! We originally hired her to help finish planning my brother and sister in law's wedding last year (as mentioned in part 1 above) and she did such a great job from the start that we asked her to help plan ours in Texas!! She came to San Antonio once in the summer and we were able to pick a venue and caterer in one weekend and she arranged all other meetings with other vendors for us and all we had to do was show up and make decisions (with her help every step of the way)! She also helped coordinate and plan our rehearsal and rehearsal luncheon the day before! Very professional! Very understanding! Very attentive! She helped us develop a travel theme that showcased our passion in life and made our wedding truly about us! Everyone that attended the wedding complemented us on "whoever we hired to put it all together" and we know that without her this wedding would not have been such a beautiful representation of our love! The best part was that Abryanna put out fires and we would have never known that they had happened! Our wedding day was perfect!!! Thank you Abryanna for all of the hard work you put into making our day extra special!! We would recommend Dessa Event Planning to anyone anywhere in need of a great event planner!!!

Amazing event planning! Dessa took the stress out of planning my wedding. They helped plan every single detail of my special day. I really loved that Abryanna took my budget into account and helped me save money. My day wouldn't have turned out as beautiful as it did if I didn't have Dessa Event Planning. Abryanna understood my vision exactly. Thanks to her my wedding went smoothly!

Abryanna planned a baby shower for my wife and I last Summer and she did a great job, she was very understanding and respectful of out vision and the direction in which we wanted to go with everything. I was initially unsure if I needed/wanted to hire a day-of coordinator, as I am organized and pretty Type A. My sister (and MOH) is a day-of coordinator herself, as is a close friend from college, and both of them strongly suggested I do it - they made the point that most venue coordinators only really care about their operations and place of business, and their main focus is not your details. I am SO GLAD I took their advice, and so glad I came across Abryanna. At the point I hired her, she had done just a few weddings, but from her professionalism and sunny demeanor, it was obvious she was meant for this. She provided great insight and advice throughout the process, and I appreciate her work for my new husband and I.
Her biggest value truly came the wedding day, though. She kept everything running smoothly, finalized venue setup while we were all in hair/makeup, and headed up the team effort to put out a rather large fire just before the ceremony, and kept the flames at bay during the reception. That last part was invaluable to me, as it was a worry throughout the planning year that came true, even though no one believed me it would. I had expressed this concern to Abryanna, and she was prepared.
I HIGHLY recommend her services as a coordinator, and if you aren't organized and "with -it," she offers full planning as well!
