Marco really cared about us. He came out on moving day to inspect what turned out to be a serious problem and an emergency which required us to cut the power to the house. Even though it was already 4pm, Marco committed to help us the same day - even though it was likely to be a 5-6 hour job. He quoted me a price which I knew to be reasonable (based on other estimates I've had done) and quickly got to work. I was impressed by his character and commitment to get our power restored. I know other electricians might have left us in a lurch, and let us linger for a day or two. But not Marco. He earned my respect - and my future business. Thanks, Marco, for saving the day.
