Hello, I'm a local tradesman looking to pick up some side work. My priority is to give clean, professional and most importantly honest work. As far as that goes, I don't charge extra for parts, just the base cost.
Here's an example of my charges:
$100 to diagnose and for a simple repair
that price changes to
$150 for changing out larger parts
$200 for a blower motor
most repairs will fall into the $150 category.
So, for example, it's $100 for me to come out and diagnose your unit. I find that the inducer is bad, I charge you the base price for the inducer motor from the manufacturer, (let's say it's $200) and my price changes from $100 to $150. Your total would be $350.
