Customers should know that our pricing is based on the size of the project, materials, labor, and disposal if needed. We aim to provide fair and transparent estimates with no hidden fees. For many projects we can give an estimate based on photos, and for larger projects we may schedule a quick on-site visit to provide an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. First, we learn about the project and review photos or details provided by the customer. We then provide an estimate or schedule a quick on-site visit if needed. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule the job at a convenient time and complete the work efficiently while keeping the area clean and organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in property services including junk removal, landscaping, sod installation, pressure washing, and general property maintenance. We focus on safe work practices, proper equipment use and delivering reliable service for every project.
