- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on number of times you train per week. The price per session goes down when you train more times per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a one hour evaluation before to determine where each client needs to begin, what their goals are and any limitations that they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM certified personal trainer with a specialization in Women fitness and Weight loss. I have a PhD in Nutrition from Louisiana State University.
