D&R manages my property and they have been assisting me through a transition from a rough tenant who was more than a handful. Rich and his staff have been responsive and professional throughout the entire process, I don't know where I would be without them today.

Reviews below basically sum up my experience. Beyond terrible. I could not get a hold of anyone for problems, issues, and concerns. Point out a fire hazard with your dryer? They don't care, nor do anything to fix it. Send an e-mail and make phone calls about a mice problem in the garage you discover right after moving in? No response. And the kicker is that Rich came over to take photos of the place, we told him IN PERSON and pointed the mice traps out that we had to buy and the hole where they were coming in and out of and all he did was ignore what we said, shrug his shoulders, continue taking photos, and left. If this is a concerned management professional who actually cares about tenants and issues going on in owners' homes (just think- this could have been your home- wouldn't you want to be aware of a rodent issue in a property you owned?) then by all means, use this company. I, however, think it's terrible management. Your money will be better spent elsewhere, and if you are a renter then find a rental NOT managed by this company. Not worth the hassle of trying to communicate with this company about anything.

I have used this company for "managing" my rental property. I don't believe they have any expertise in managing anything. They don't respond to repeated emails. They don't let the homeowner review lease before tenant's signature. They did not incorporate the changes done to the lease including rent increase. Sometimes after repeated emails, Rich would respond with just a "yes", "no", etc with no details.
