- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation (15–30 minutes) We start with a brief call or questionnaire to understand your career goals, target roles, challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve with your resume or career documents. 2. Resume Review or Document Collection You’ll share your current resume (if available), job postings you’re targeting, and any relevant background info. I’ll assess where improvements are needed in formatting, content, and keyword alignment. 3. Strategy & Drafting I’ll create or overhaul your resume from scratch, tailored to your experience, strengths, and goals. Every document is built to be ATS-friendly and aligned with today’s hiring trends. 4. Review & Revisions You’ll receive a draft to review. I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure it’s exactly what you want and feel confident submitting. 5. Final Delivery Once finalized, you’ll receive your resume (and any add-ons like cover letters or LinkedIn profiles) in both Word and PDF formats—ready to use immediately. 6. Optional Follow-up Support I’m happy to answer quick follow-up questions or provide brief resume tips for future updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Science in Business Administration, and I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management. In addition to my formal education, I’ve completed professional development courses in supervision and management from organizations like the American Management Association and Fred Pryor Seminars. More importantly, I’ve gained hands-on experience through over 15-20 years in career services, admissions, and coaching roles, where resume writing, interview preparation, and job placement were core responsibilities. I've supported hundreds of individuals in crafting tailored, ATS-friendly resumes that helped them land opportunities in competitive industries.
