- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong recruiting and HR background. Having hired people in different industries, I understand the anxiety of a job seeker, and how they would like to be seen in the job market where there are multiple applications. I spend a lot of time reading and researching about the industry, jobs and skills, before crafting a resume that meets the client's needs. Writing a resume is akin to a work of art and that's how I take it as.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Having specific target roles in mind helps the resume writer understand what the client is looking for. Accurate details about experience, job history, education, things they would like to add or remove, are essential. Also, some background and history of why they are looking for a new role and how they would like to be seen in the market are good to know too.
