- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very self explanatory... There's a 2 hour minimum, but I'll never let your bill get out of control. You'll only be charged for time spent working on your computer, not for times when there's 30 min+ loading screens, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to a new customer, I always give them more than what they pay for. If I agree to fix one thing on your machine, and I find other small things wrong, I'll take care of those issues as well. Upon the return of your equipment, I'll let you know what upgrades I recommend, and where they'll get the most bang for their buck. Honestly, I try to treat every customer like a friend that I'm helping out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a technician for my entire life. I've traveled the world as an electronics technician with the bands Kiss, 3 Doors Down, & Theory of a Deadman, just to name a few. I received my A+ and CCNA certifications before graduating high school.
