- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all jobs are a little bit different we do not offer flat rates at this time however we will go out at no cost and take a look at your job and be able to quote it on the spot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to establish a strong line of communication within the first few moments of interaction. We want our new and possible customers to trust us with their garage repairs and any concerns they might have. Next we fully evaluate the job site conditions, explain our professional findings, and make sure the customer feels comfortable with our plan and prices before any work begins.
