Steve is a knowledgeable drummer and a great teacher. I am an intermediate drummer with a large amount of exposure to drumming and was impressed. During the lessons he is patient and informative; gives examples and plays along. The advice he gives will last a lifetime!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually speak to the student or guardian over the phone first to get an idea of the goals and aspirations of the player before the first lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have majored in music at College of Dupage in Glen Ellyn IL and also studied music performance at Musicians Institute in Los Angeles CA. I continue to practice and study every day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started teaching music in 2003 at Hix Brothers Music in Aurora IL
