- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For insurance clients the initial appointment is $140 and additional individual sessions are $120. Insurance clients are responsible for their co-pays or co-insurance as identified by their insurance policies. For non-insurance clients/ wellness clients (similiar to coaching) I charge $100-120 per session depending on length of session. For Reiki clients, I can incorporate 15 minutes of Reiki to the end of a talk therapy session for no additional charge. Or charge $40 for 30 minutes of Reiki.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients typically call or email with their preliminary questions. I offer a free face-to-face consultations in my office. Clients can meet me, see the office and ask any additional questions. Clients can set up appointments by phone or book them online through my website. The first session is typically 75 minutes and other sessions are 50-60 minutes. The client's identified goals and their schedule will determine how often we meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master's in Professional Counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Master's Addiction Counselor. All counselors, social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists are required by their licensing boards to complete a specific number of hours per license renewal period. I am required to complete a minimum of 30 hours every 2 years. Typically, I exceed those hourly requirements. Additionally, I have been trained as a Reiki Master.
