Jake was extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. He was also a great listener and communicator. We were able to talk through our issues with the appliance over the phone and discuss potential options for repair. Once we agreed upon a plan, Jake was professional and prompt with his communication, arrived on time as scheduled, performed efficient yet careful work, and stayed to ensure the appliance was functioning properly. Jake was fantastic. Communicative, transparent, flexible, efficient. Couldn’t have asked for more. He knew the issue (wiring on a washing machine) as soon as he looked at it and came back out to do the repair as soon as we received the part. I hope to not have to hire for this repair again but I would go straight to Jake again if we needed appliance work, no question.
