This isn't the first time I've called on Jake to help my husband and I with an appliance on the fritz, and while the first one was a fix beyond even his capabilities (and by no fault of his own, I must stress), this time was as smooth of a process as it could've been. He found the issue, helped me order the correct part, and was back to install it with zero issues. Jake is always so kind, so personable and professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else more with my appliances, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. His rates are always fair and he is transparent from beginning to end. You can't and wouldn't go wrong relying on him to help you out!

Working with Jake was great. He was very responsive communicating about the job and arrived at the house at the time he said he would. He good spirited, kind, and professional. He listened to my description of the problem, performed a quick diagnostic, and gave me multiple options for repair. He made ordering the parts extremely easy and returned promptly when they were available. We never want appliances to break down, but, this experience with Jake will make me both call on him again and recommend him to others.

We were able to talk through our issues with the appliance over the phone and discuss potential options for repair.
