I would like to highly recommend Jake's Appliance Repair. The timer on my clothes dryer went out. I contacted Jake and he sent me a timely response and identified my problem and sent me the link to purchase the part. When the part arrived we set up a date for him to come to my home. He arrived on time, repaired the dryer in a short amount of time, gave me a couple of helpful points and was on his way. He is a very courteous and respectful and young man. As an elderly widow that is important to me. I feel like he was honest and helpful, trying to give sound advice. His number is 618-798-1578.

I had a leaky dishwasher and was hoping for a quick, cheap, easy fix. :) That did not happen. The dishwasher was shot. Jake didn’t try to sell a cheap fix that would create more repairs or run up the bill. He made recommendations and a new dishwasher will be bought. He responded very quickly and arrived right on time. I would definitely use his services again!
