Jake was extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. He was also a great listener and communicator. We were able to talk through our issues with the appliance over the phone and discuss potential options for repair. Once we agreed upon a plan, Jake was professional and prompt with his communication, arrived on time as scheduled, performed efficient yet careful work, and stayed to ensure the appliance was functioning properly. Jake responded right away when we had questions after the work was completed, and put us at ease. Highly recommend for personality and service. Thanks Jake!
