Jake showed up on time. The job was a pain in the butt. He figured out a way to remove screws that were rusted in place and replace the ignitor. Would definitely recommend him.

This isn't the first time I've called on Jake to help my husband and I with an appliance on the fritz, and while the first one was a fix beyond even his capabilities (and by no fault of his own, I must stress), this time was as smooth of a process as it could've been. He found the issue, helped me order the correct part, and was back to install it with zero issues. Jake is always so kind, so personable and professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else more with my appliances, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. His rates are always fair and he is transparent from beginning to end. You can't and wouldn't go wrong relying on him to help you out!
