Kirk went above and beyond to take care of my project. He kept me informed and when there was more then one option he always asked how i would like it done. He even got one working that i tought I would have to hire an electrician to fix.

This guy tried to rip me off. Lowe’s hired him and he knew the amount he was going to get paid and my address. But stated out of nowhere they charging to low basically trying to get more money. Then he stated that I was too far also and said he’d still come but really that was to try to get me to volonteer to pay more money. So I canceled and had to go through aheadach for two months waiting to get an installer but ended up having to cancel with Lowes and vac here to find a new installer.
