- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing customers should know about my pricing is that although my labor cost is not negotiable I can always find areas to save you money. expensive equipment does not mean better or that it is the one for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process we go thru is as follows To know what the end goal of the customer is. after that we discuss the time frame they want the work done in. at the end we discuss the budget for the equipment
