- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complex but it is thorough! We take the time to meet with you and view the areas that you want painted. We use this time to assess the current condition of the paint and determine how much prep is needed. This does take a little bit of time upfront but it guarantees the homeowner a firm price quote and a high quality paint job that will last for years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1- We meet with you to inspect your project, listen to your concerns and create a quote that addresses these problems. Step 2- We provide a written quote with a fixed price. We detail the work to be performed and make notes about things that are excluded. Step 3- Once hired, we schedule a start date and we work with you to select colors. We will gladly apply color samples so you can see exactly what the color looks like on your home. Step 4- Painting begins and we stay on the job until it is completed to your satisfaction. Most interior jobs can be completed in 2 or less days and exterior work takes 3 or less days depending on the job size. We are fast AND accurate! Step 5- We inspect the paint job with the client and correct any issues before leaving to the next job. Final payment is made when you are satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the PCA (Paint Contractors of America), the Academy for Professional Painters and other professional organizations. These organizations provide us with valuable information related to running a professional business and serving our clients with integrity. We partner with our suppliers (Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Renner, Festool, etc.) to stay current with the latest products and paint application techniques.
