- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty simple. First and foremost. I deal mainly in service calls most of those calls are around 150-200. And, average about 2-3 hours. I have set prices for fan and light installs. The only thing that changes is if they are in a high ceilings above 12’
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually being contacted giving a generalized price. Or if it is something like changing a light fixture, installing a fan giving a solid price then making the soonest appointment and completing the job properly, by code, and cleaning up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served an apprenticeship, since have taken many classes and refresher courses to keep my licenses up to par. I have to have continued-education courses to be able to renew my licenses.
