Our pricing is project-based, not hourly, so customers know the full cost before work begins. Pricing reflects the scope, preparation required, materials, and timeline for the project. There are no hidden fees. Any options or changes are discussed and approved in advance so expectations stay clear from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the project and reviewing the scope, either through photos or an on-site walkthrough. After that, we provide clear, project-based pricing and outline timelines and expectations. Once approved, we schedule the work, protect the home during the project, communicate throughout, and complete a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work across painting, drywall, carpentry, and home improvement projects. We focus on proven methods, manufacturer guidelines, and continuous improvement through real-world projects. Practical experience, attention to detail, and consistency are the foundation of our work.
