FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the scope of work—whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or a full system installation. I provide clear estimates up front, with no surprise fees. I offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, and seasonal promotions when available. Diagnostic fees may apply for service calls, but they’re always discussed before any work begins. I believe in honest pricing and quality work that gives you long-term value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening to their concerns and asking the right questions to understand the issue or project. For repairs, I begin with a full diagnostic to pinpoint the problem and explain the options before starting any work. For installations, I perform a load calculation to ensure the system is properly sized, then walk the customer through the equipment options and installation plan. I always focus on clear communication, honest recommendations, and clean, high-quality work. My goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate Degree in HVAC/R and have 8 years of hands-on experience in the field. I’m EPA certified, NATE certified, and trained in high-performance heat pump systems. I’m also certified to handle A2L refrigerants, keeping up with the latest industry standards. My education and certifications give me the technical knowledge to do the job right, and my field experience ensures it gets done efficiently and professionally.
