Costs for common repairs can be found on my website. Other issues requiring parts the total cost is agreed upon prior to any work being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way I find to get started with a new customer is a phone call to talk and ask questions back and forth. Then determine the next step in resolving the issues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for computers since the first home PCs became affordable to individuals (mid 80's). I began building and repairing them as a hobby, then for family and friends. Word spread quick and I started doing it as a side job. Since then I have been able to keep busy building and repairing computers I do it full time out of my home.
