Clearly the techs actions do not reflect the companies values. Happier with how this was handled*** My experience was absolutely awful. The office called to tell me the tech said he was there for 10 mins and no one answered. We have a ring camera. He NEVER showed up. When he showed up he was there for maybe 15 minutes. Said it was clean and left. Our dryer still wasn’t working. Called another company to check and told us our vent was 100% BLOCKED! I called to ask them to to come back out and was told that the other company was trying to scam us. Was told that they would send someone out to reclean the vent but didn’t tell us what date. AND… they were sending the same guy who “cleaned” our vents the first time. Unbelievably disappointed with this! No resolution and a waste of 600 bucks. Save your self the time and drama and hire someone else. Least professional company I have ever worked with"See more
