Introduction: Your home is your largest investment. Our goal is to make sure you know everything possible about the home you are about to buy.
I am an engineer, licensed home inspector, and licensed electrician. I want you to be at the inspection to ask questions. At every inspection, we take the time needed to uncover as much information about your home as possible and explain the various systems and components, so you know how to maintain your home and keep it in good condition.
We also take any questions about any home before, during, and after your inspection. Your report will have a summary for your convenience and a full report with lots of details about your home.
Your report will be sent to you electronically and directly to your attorney (if you wish) with pictures of defects to aid in the communications with the seller and/or contractors.
I will also be happy to discuss the pros and cons of any contractor's bid that you get to complete needed repairs.
