Hire Mercy construction to repair walls (patch/crack and peeling paint and prime to be ready for paint). Completed work had many imperfections. The owner stated that I will have to pay extra to have the walls perfect because it wasn't in the contract. It was amateur work and rushed in the end.

Client gave us a tough time since the beginning of the project gave us a tight schedule was rushing the work. We took care of an abandoned 2 unit building with many paint peeling and stress marks. He was okay with a minor bubble that showed up at the end, he said he'd take care of it with painter putty. He didn't want us to do any of the paint finish. We did our part of delivering our service but overall conditions of building were bad. Had leaks coming in from roof and side masonry of building needed exterior work if not interior would keep damaging.
