Jose was very knowledgeable and gave me options. He was detailed in explaining to me what he recommended based upon his inspection. He was honest and sincere, he did not try to sell me on more. He communicated with me very promptly and everything was done straight through my phone. No hassles. I will be referring Jose to family and friends for any roof and gutter work. He went above and beyond my expectations.

The app only allows me to choose 3 things to rate them on. That’s not enough. I’m a contractor and we have many clients. In a matter of a couple weeks I’ve needed several quotes and jobs handled. JCM was always responsive in communication on time to appointments and slowly and thoroughly inspected the roofs pinpoint the problem and recommend a solution.
