We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so we provide clear estimates based on the scope of work. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value through quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and work that's done right the first time. We also offer free estimates for many projects and are happy to discuss options that fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start learning about your project and answering any questions you may have. After reviewing the details or visiting the site if needed, we provide a clear estimate and explain the recommended solution. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time, arrive on time, clean up thoroughly, and make sure you're completely satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade, we've completed everything from service calls and troubleshooting to panel upgrades, remodels, and custom installations. CYZ Electrical is licensed, bonded, and insured, and we stay current with the National Electrical Code and industry best practices to ensure projects are completed safely and professionally.
