Introduction: I've been in the real estate business since 2012 as a licensed Realtor. Originally I started to renovate and flips homes for myself, but others started reaching out to help with their projects around their house for new bathrooms, kitchens, painting, flooring, carpet, siding, windows and hardscape landscaping after they saw my completed homes. They were able to see my eye for detail, ability to get things done and be professional & dependable. That's when I decided to officially start the construction business to help others as there is a huge need for dependable, honest, reliable contractors. I cannot say enough good things about Titanium Construction & Development. I hired them to paint my entire house, top to bottom; including the walls, doors, trim and ceilings. This was no small feat, as my living room has a two story vaulted ceiling that required scaffolding and had water damage on the ceiling and walls from a previous roof leak. Praseen, the owner, is extremely professional while being very personable at the same time. He offered many good suggestions (which I implemented) on other minor improvements around my house as well. His master painter, Bob, is absolutely the best. His work is exceptional. He is pleasant, efficient, thorough and tidy. I will definitely use Titanium again and would highly recommend them for any home improvement job.

Glad that I found Praseen to do the updates of the home I bought. He worked well with in the budget I had in mind and was flexible. But nothing was compromised with the work quality. Everything was well done and on time in a professional manner. Always had the suggestion and recommendations for the best way to do the work within the budget.
