FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do and have them listed on my main page. I also have business cards and a menu available upon request if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell me about your Event: - Bridal? Prom? Girls Night Out? -Makeup Tutorial? Makeup Tutorial? - How many people will need serviced? - Where is your event location? - Will there be a trial needed prior to event? Once all of the basic event information is established I will go over what I can do for you. Upon approval and agreement then we will plan details to your event such as date, time and payment information. Typically this will take a few emails and a phone call to verify information and your contract will be sent out to you for review and finalization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off as a Fine Art Major at the American Academy of Art in Chicago. My craft is still Art just my medium has changed to Makeup. I became a Certified Makeup Artist in 2006 studying at Makeup First School to freshen up my craft while also studying Esthetics at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, both located in Chicago. I became licensed in 2008. I continued my education at True University in Chicago's Water Tower building obtaining certifications in Medical Aesthetics, Body Waxing and Business Classes. Throughout the years I have worked with cosmetic lines such as Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Benefit and gained management experience while training others new to the industry at Ulta Beauty. I truly love what I do and never stop learning.
