I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator fresh food section it wasn't cooling. I called someone else first. That tech came next day and looked at few things and told me I have a problem with my control board and some sensors in fresh food section. I wasn't very comfortable with his diagnostics seems like he was trying to make extra out of the job. So I called Alliance Repair Services and spoke with Farhan he was very friendly and was able to accommodate me in his schedule right on that day. He sent his two very knowledgeable techs and they were very punctual, professional and called me about half hour before they get there. When I told them the situation they right away knew exactly what I was talking about and opened up back cover of my fresh food section and showed me the problem right away and gave me very nice price quote and also clean my condenser as well. Because it was never cleaned for 4 years since I got the fridge. They also explained the the reason why it had that problem and told me not to change any unnecessary parts. They checked all components and took care of the service right there. They charged me less then half price what other person was charging. It has been a week so far my refrigerator is working fine and they actually called and checked next day if it was working ok. I am very impressed by there professionalism, forth coming and punctuality. Highly recommended them for service.

I have insurance on my appliances and had a problem with my Whirlpool oven day before Thanksgiving. Out of all these days it decided to go bad on me right before holiday... My oven wasn't heating up and two of my stove top burners were not lighting up as well. First call was my insurance company and they didn't have anything available till Monday after Thanksgiving. Why do we have insurance when they can't help when in need. I was told I can call someone else and get it fixed and send them the bill. I called few places none of them were able to come and one company told me if I pay $50 extra they will try to send someone on Thanksgiving day but no guarantees if they will come or not. I end up calling Alliance Repair Services and spoke with Farhan he told me they have very busy schedule but fully understand my problem and frustration. He asked if I was okay he can be there by 830pm or by 9pm. I was so happy that he is willing to come. He showed up at and you can tell he had long day .He looked at my oven and told me igniter went out and he has them in his truck stock. I was so happy they didn't take advantage of my situation and didn't charge me arms and legs. He also cleaned my stove top burners and they started working fine. It has been working since and imagine how happy I was to accommodate my Thanksgiving dinner without any problems. Thanks to Farhan and his professionalism. Highly recommended Alliance Repair Services company.

we got them from Google they are really good they know what they do wee got them for our heating system but when they reach our home tech told me its a ONE WINDOW company they also work on Home appliances dryer oven refrigerator and AC and they are Sub Zero specialist also thatnk god my sub zero refrigerator is ok but if some thing happen we call them definatly
