- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SaYes contracts its services on two (2) fronts: *Hourly* and *Short-term Retainer* project basis...based on scope of project, timelines and level of involvement from SaYes resources. Expenses are covered (included) as a standard through reimbursement (via invoice). Special projects (as well as speaking engagements) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my industry there are a number of conferences and trade events that my firm attends (or that we are asked to attend/participate in), which give a great deal of 'knowledge transfer' around the new/emerging market trends, technologies, services and standards that make my industry go round...very focused on staying in-the-know.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father (most admired) worked for IBM Corporation for almost 20 years...not to mention that he is an entrepreneur at heart -- it simply rubbed off. My wife (my muse and best friend) was a supportive encouragement for me taking the step off the corporate ladder and into private, professional consulting -- she (and my children) are why I do what I do (with great zeal).
