Pretty much a traditional way of pricing things. Sometimes based on square footage, other times about the time, and material needed to complete the job.

I continue to read the handy man books and take seminars from time to time
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Mentor suggested me to start a full fledge cleaning business, instead of just starting a window washing company, because the flexibility would make me more in demand.
