- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When an estimate is sent, that will be the price you pay. No hidden or extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a conversation to see what type of services they are looking for. Then we will schedule an appointment to come out to do the service or estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service technicians have attended and graduated from an HVAC school of skilled trades. All of our technicians take at lest 30 hours a year of manufacturers training.
