- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is a standard hourly rate, plus any additional expenses such as travel, lodging, additional equipment or other DJ's if for large scale events
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I worked with a new customer as I do every other customer but I take more time with the new customer to make sure that everything is understood with the services and I work more closely to insure that they are comfortable and remain worry free. It is challenging for the new customer at times to hire with someone new and I work extra hard to remove any worry, doubt, etc so the new customer / existing customer knows that in the music department, everything will be taking care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly network with others in the field to find new equipment software and even have training sessions with other equipment which further equips me if I'm hired as an additional DJ to any event where I'm using someone elses equipment. I am a well rounded DJ.
