- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you refer me to a friend and they book the job with me, I will give you a 15% discount. Your referral will need to take place before your event. For a 10 hour job I will only charge $850 instead of the originally $100 an hour. This will make it easier for you to book with me for your long event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will have a phone consultation to go over your event. Afterwards, I will send you a detailed contract. I will arrive to your event 30 minutes early and have your photos ready within a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Evon for two years, where I learned valuable skills to ensure that each photo turns out perfectly. I also learned the importance of bringing small items to help my clients during the event. The little things can make a big difference on your big day!
