Guerrero construction installed a privacy fence around half of my patio. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. I first contacted the company through Thumbtack on Friday. They came out to review the area and give me an estimate the same day. And everything was completed by 1 o’clock on Saturday. The team cleaned up everything. I am very satisfied with their work. I will use them again if I need more fencing or decking. And I highly recommend them to anybody in need of those services.

I needed to replace ten bad wooden fence posts. Searching for “fence repair” I came across Thumbtack and found Manuel Guerrero. He came out promptly to estimate removing and replacing the old posts. On my go-ahead, he delivered material and had a crew of six start the work. The work required three full days with some necessary repairs to the panels running between the posts. He repaired two gates, installing new hardware. Professionally and quickly done. Most important, Manuel is a good listener. I got the job I wanted.

Manual replaced a front porch on our house. We have had four porches put and each one ended up slanting, only to find out we had no concrete foundation under the porch. Manual was very meticulous about building us a beautiful porch with Trek siding and aluminum railings. He put multiple posts in concrete to give us the sturdiness we needed. He was so accurate on leveling everything and takes great pride in his work. He is punctual and once he starts the job he works to complete it. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it. Had lots of ideas for the porch and it came out better than expected. It makes the front of our house look awesome. I would work with Guerrero Construction again and would highly recommend this company for any deck work needed.
