- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects our experience, insurance, equipment investment, and our employees pay. With us, you can be sure that we show up to every job with integrity, experience and the best equipment on the market to keep us and your property safe. We are a small, family owned business and we try to be fair in our pricing. Talk to us if you have any concerns or questions and we'll be happy to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial conversation, we like to ask a few questions to get a rough idea of the scope of the project. We will then ask for photos of the pick up and if applicable, delivery, as well as info and photos on the hot tub we are moving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience with moving hot tubs both for private parties and vendors alike.
