From the very start, Janette and everyone at Move my Hot Tub went so far above and beyond for our Bullfrog Spa delivery. Everything from helping us line out a crane, even calling around our local places for quotes, to lining out our old hot tub pickup, day of delivery & setup and everything in between. We ended up going with Whiteys Crane for our crane delivery and they were spectacular! The whole crane process was fascinating to watch but incredibly difficult to try to schedule on my own since we are about 2 hours from Chicago. I am forever grateful to Janette for handling all of the stress and making my Cancerversary present so much more special. She is the absolute BEST! All communication was super speedy and incredibly kind. She answered all my questions, worked around my schedule for everything, and shows a level of enterprise and professionalism that is really great to have in a stressful situation. This is a family run business and it is lovely to see how well everyone works together. When the spa warehouse sent the wrong cover, they even drove after hours to get the correct one to us. I wish I could get another hot tub just to hire everyone again!

They delivered a new Bullfrog hot tub today and did an awesome job. My property had a couple obstacles including a couple steps, a gate, a rough path, etc. and the team did an awesome job getting the delivery done. Scheduling was easy and they kept me updated on the exact arrival timing. Very happy with the service provided!!!

    During the initial conversation, we like to ask a few questions to get a rough idea of the scope of the project. We will then ask for photos of the pick up and if applicable, delivery, as well as info and photos on the hot tub we are moving.
