This was such a thoroughly wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in, Mesha greets you with this warm and loving energy, like you’ve known her for years. She immediately makes you feel relaxed and that’s even before she starts the massage! She was able to pinpoint areas of tension/stress in my body that no one else has been able to work out. Mesha is truly a professional. I was dealing with an injury in my back and Mesha was able to pinpoint the exact location of my injury and work on my problem area. She was engaged the entire time. She constantly checked in and asked me how I was feeling throughout the massage. She also showed me different stretches that would help relieve some of the tension that I was feeling.After my first session, Mesha and I came up with a treatment plan to help get me back on track from my injury. She is highly qualified, she is knowledgeable about her work and most importantly, she caters to the specific needs of her client. Thank you, Mesha for your expertise and your professionalism! I came to Mesha because of some pain in my left shoulder. I explained what was going on and over the next few sessions I had she was able to relieve the muscle tension that shoulder. Mesha also offered me pointers on how to self manage so my shoulder would get stronger. Mesha is very kind, very professional, and you can tell that she loves the work she is doing. I go out to Plainfield from the city to see her and it worth the trip.

I came in for a 90 min. deep tissue massage with her. My massage was amazing. Great pressure, great technique, and hot stones. She was able to work out all of my tough tension spots. She was very attentive, a great listener and communicator. Very knowledgeable in her Profession. Definitely has my recommendation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the massage therapy field because I really enjoy helping people. I thought nursing was my calling at first. However after realizing blood mad me sick to my stomach, I knew I had to choose a different field. Honestly, Massage was sorta a hidden talent I didn’t know I had.
