- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you’re using your insurance we work with you and then to get everything approved so you only need to come out of pocket your deductible. For non insurance work we have our set price list that is straight forward based on the work that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Initial Introduction Get acquainted and answer any questions about our company and services. • Problem Assessment Discuss what happened and identify the issue at hand (water, fire, mold, etc.). • Inspection Scheduling Schedule a time for our team to come out and perform a thorough inspection. • Work Authorization Secure Rock Bottom to do the work by having the customer sign a Work Authorization form. • Immediate Safety Measures Set up safety precautions to prevent any further damage to the property. • Start Documentation Take detailed photos and notes to begin our job file and insurance record. • Equipment Drop-Off Deliver and set up drying or mitigation equipment as needed. • Daily Logs & Site Visits Perform daily visits to monitor progress, adjust equipment, and update documentation. • Insurance Estimate Approval Submit our estimate to your insurance and work closely with adjusters for approval. • Drying Completion Monitor and complete the drying process, ensuring moisture levels are safe. • Repairs Begin (when needed) Start the repair phase after all approvals are secured. • Ongoing Insurance Coordination Continue working with your insurance to ensure proper documentation and payment. • Final Cleanup Thoroughly clean the job site and remove all equipment and debris. • Final Walk-Through Review the completed work with the customer to ensure satisfaction. • Request for a 5-Star Review ⭐️ If you’re happy with our work, we’d love your feedback and a 5-star review!
