I always encourage customers to get multiple quotes for peace of mind, and I will beat any legitimate competitor’s price by up to 20%, depending on the project. My rates are competitive for the Chicago suburbs, and I often offer discounts for small business owners, repeat customers, or bundled work. Payment terms are flexible, with a deposit for larger projects and the balance due upon completion and inspection.

My typical process with a new customer is straightforward. I start with a free consultation and site visit to understand your needs, followed by a clear written quote with no hidden fees. If a permit is required, I handle pulling it and all the paperwork. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently while minimizing disruption to your business or home, then schedule the inspection and walk through the finished job with you. My goal is to make the entire experience smooth, safe, and stress free.
