- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, it is usually easiest to maintain contact over email. We would discuss the project, I would ask for half the quoted price upfront, and keep the customer updated with the process and revisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Advertising & PR and a minor in Graphic Design. I took art classes at the American Academy of Art and have placed in shows.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Internships and volunteer work really made me realize that this is the kind of work I want to be doing.
