FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our diagnostic fee is $89, which covers a technician coming out to assess the issue. Once we've diagnosed the problem, we'll give you a clear, upfront quote for the repair before any work begins, so you know exactly what you're paying for. If a repair isn't worth it compared to replacing the appliance, we'll tell you honestly instead of pushing an unnecessary fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we'll ask a few quick questions about the issue to get a sense of what's going on, then schedule a visit — often same-day. Our technician arrives on time, runs a full diagnostic, explains what's wrong in plain language, and gives you a straightforward price before starting any work. Once you approve, we get it fixed, usually in that same visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed, insured, and EPA certified, with hands-on training across all major appliance and HVAC brands. We stay current on the latest models and repair techniques so we can service both older, reliable machines and newer smart appliances.
