I want to first say the response to our request was very fast and on the observed 4th holiday! He was out here to measure at 11:00 and his installers were here just after 4:00. The installers were friendly and very professional and explained things as they progressed. The installation went flawlessly and I could not be more pleased. My wife and I both feel they went above and beyond in a very stressful situation for us. Their friendliness and compassion really set us at ease. It’s nice to know there are still companies who actually care about more than just making money. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any HVAC services. We had an excellent experience with Vitaly and his team. We contacted them here and within 1 week the work was complete. The job was not easy by any means and Vitaly and team completed everything within 1 day after making some very helpful suggestions. We had an improperly installed evaporator which was causing condensation to drip on the ceiling below. Additionally there was no drip pan and a lack of proper drainage as a whole. These guys not only installed a new drip pan with proper drainage lines but also moved the humidifier to a more accessible location and hooked it in so that it properly drains as well. We had just given up on using it! The additional intake vents have made our home actually comfortable these last few extremely cold days. In the past we relied heavily on space heaters to make up for the poor heating circulation. They were very respectful regarding noise as I have a 2 year old daughter and did great work overall. My wife and I are very happy and would highly recommend this professional.
