But my first house in city of Chicago, turned out the house had a lot of hidden issues, but these guys were able to take care of all that for me, before I even had a chance to ask for it, always were on time, and saved me a lot of money by taking care of 1 million other small things that other trade contractors left behind, so glad I didn’t have to search for anyone else, and we were able to move in as soon as they finished all the work, which by the way cost us not all the money in the world.
