Loretta and Sherri showed up on time and did an excellent job on our post construction clean up. They cleaned all of the spots that the construction crew missed and left the house clean as new. They did a fabulous job on the wood floors. Hire them just to have them make your floors shine like they never have before.

I hired L+S Cleaning for a one time deep clean of a new home that my family just moved into. I spoke with Loretta on the phone and she was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely easy to talk to and I explained to her everything that I was looking to get cleaned, who included: thorough floor cleaning, dusting, inside cabinet cleaning, deep cleaning of bathrooms, and exterior/interior cleaning of all appliances. She assured me that she would have everything done and quoted me at an extremely reasonable rate. Along with this, she was able to come in for the cleaning the very next day!! I was not home but I allowed her to enter my home through the garage with code I provided. Upon arrival of my home, I immediately recognized the cleanliness! My floors were absolutely spotless and all tasks assigned were completed! Along with this, Loretta went above and beyond what I requested and had even moved around boxes and organized and such! Our family is thrilled with this excellent job and we plan to use this cleaning service for a regular weekly basis. Thank you so much!!!

Sherri contacted me quickly and scheduled a cleaning. This was a post construction project and it was a flawless job. There was a troubling project of heavily soiled tile in the family room. They steamed it clean. I highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend the L&S Cleaning Service!! Loretta and her partner not only handled my cleaning needs professionally, but they also showed great empathy for my situation. The fact that my brother's house was extremely filthy and filled with junk, never fazed them. They arrived on time with appropriate cleaning products/supplies and they worked non-stop from the time they walked through the door to the time they finished. In fact, out of empathy for my situation, Loretta and her partner went above and beyond by rearranging their schedule for the day so that Loretta could remain at my brother's house longer than the time we contracted.
