Justin has helped me for a couple of years keeping my old computer running but it finally came time to upgrade. He is competitively priced, provides excellent warranty for his work, and is prompt at returning calls and getting my problems solved. Usually operator error in my case! I bought my new computer from Justin because of the excellent experience I had in the past. He not only set up and transferred everything from one computer to the other, he made suggestions to better manage all of my email accounts as well as other recommendations (he set them up for me as well and it didn't add to any cost) which I am currently using. He is now going about 2 hours out of his way to set up a computer for my dad too! Thanks Justin.

Justin was on time, well dressed and very professional. He completed the data transfer from my old computer which he made sure was free of viruses to my new one. He explained how to use various programs to protect and back up my files. I had quite a lesson in computers. Justin is patient and willing to take the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was here for almost 4 hours to insure that I was up and running before he left. He's also willing to let me contact him if I have any questions regarding the set up/transfer. I highly recommend Justin.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask many questions and make sure for any job you require a statement of work. This way both parties know exactly what the expectations for the job are. A good SOW should include a time frame, costs, deliverables, and anything else pertinent to the job. Both parties should sign the agreement.
